Above is a photograph of a lounge chair in the process of being refinished.
On the lower half you can see how weather, sunlight, and suntan lotions
took their toll on the straps and paint. Compare that with the top half
that we completely restored.
See sample of the variety of vinyl
strapping colors we provide.
We can take your old, scratched up, faded patio furniture and make it
good as new.
How we re-manufacture:
First we sandblast away the old paint leaving the metal with a satiny
finish. Then we pre-treat your frame with a chemical bath to clean away
any oils and dirt. Your frame is then coated with a state-of-the-at powder
coating paint. The furniture is put into an oven at 400 degrees until
the powder paint is melted back into the liquid paint, which then seals
the frame into a superior finish.
Next we re-strap the frame with virgin vinyl. By using only the double
wrapped strapping method, we ensure that the straps will not detach from
the frame.
Since we take trade-ins, we sell used furniture, too.
If you’d like to do it yourself, we’ll be
happy to provide you with all the supplies you need to complete a beautiful
refinishing job.
